OOS issue with supplier impacts on my business greatly. I understand you are only as good as your supliers - but when I hear OOS, do you want different colour, suppliercant provide - then order a different jumper - not ideal.

going forward - I will not be ordering through uniform australia - I will be dealing with a local supplier who can provide the same service/price.
